Christina Kane began her career in 1992 as a receptionist at the law firm of David R. Carter, P.A. and worked her way up to a paralegal. In 1998, she graduated cum laude from St. Leo University earning her B.A. degree with a major in Criminology while working full-time. In 2009, after 17 years at the law firm, Christina left to obtain her juris doctorate degree. She graduated magna cum laude from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. In October 2012, she returned to the law firm of Carter & Clendenin, P.A. where she practiced law for over five years. In June 2018, she left the firm now known as Carter, Clendenin & Foreman, PLLC to open her own practice, Kane Law, P.A.
Christina’s practice focuses mainly in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate. She is a member of the Hernando County Bar Association, the General Practice Solo and Small Firm, Real Property Probate and Trust Law, a member of the Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, a member and director on the board of directors of Kiwanis of the Adventure Coast and an affiliate member of Hernando County Association of Realtors.
Christina lives in Spring Hill and is married with two children.
